These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in Refocus Workshop, operated by Kheffache Studios Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a place at one of our workshops, you agree to these terms.

2. What We Offer

We provide in-person educational workshops for creative professionals.
We do not currently offer online workshops, coaching, or digital-only products.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

We aim to be fair and flexible.

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel 14 days or more before the workshop date.

  • Within 14 days of the workshop, refunds are not available, but you may:

    • Transfer your place to another person, or

    • Transfer your place to a future workshop date (subject to availability).

5. Attendance & Conduct

  • Workshops are 18+ only.

  • We ask all participants to behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse attendance or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Photography & Video

We may take photographs or video recordings during our workshops.

By attending, you agree that we may use this content for:

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Social media and website content

  • Future workshop promotions

If you have any concerns, please speak to us on the day.

7. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, presentations, and teaching methods remain the intellectual property of Refocus Workshop / Kheffache Studios Ltd.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the workshop without our written permission.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure a safe and positive workshop experience.

However, participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Travel or accommodation issues related to attending the workshop

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Irish consumer law.

9. Changes or Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will:

  • Offer a full refund, or

  • Offer a transfer to a future date

We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
